2023: National Chairman of PDP Backs Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi's Governorship Ambition....
The front line governorship aspirant of the oil rich Delta state in Nigeria recently paid a discussant visit the Chairman of Africa’s largest party, The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Dr. Bamanga Tukur where issues in relation to their party were also on the table.
Dr. Tukur who is a prominent Nigerian businessman and politician served as a Governor, Minister for Industries in the 1990s and as the National Chairman of the Peoples Democractic Party (PDP).
He commended Olorogun Gbagi for seeking the office of governor of his state and asked him not to leave the party but to do more in seeing the party becomes a uniting platform for all stakeholders as well as delivering good governance to the citizens. Adding that Olorogun in his rights is a presidential material bearing in mind his entrepreneurial acumen and as a provider of employment across the country. Dr. Tukur rounded up by calling on the media to stand up in holding into account leaders whom have done the right things by praising them and reporting as it is those who are committing crime and doing the wrong things for citizens to evaluate.
