Delta State Police Command Arrests Serial Kidnappers, Rescues Victim, Recovers Lethal Weapons, Others The Divisional Police, Orerokpe on Monday 26th July, 2021 embarked on mission to rescue a kidnap victim in Delta State, emerges triumphantly. This information was related to the public by DSP. Bright Edafe, Ag. Police Public Relations Officer, Delta State Command, Asaba in a press statement released on the Friday 30th July 2021. According to the Press release, on 26th July, 2021, information was received by the DPO Orerokpe Division, which revealed that somebody had been kidnapped at Aragwa community and the kidnappers took the victim to the bush. The Divisional Police then led a combined team of police, army and vigilante who went after the kidnappers. After combing the bush for hours, the kidnappers  realized that the police were not relenting so they quickly abandoned the victim and escaped. The victim was rescued unhurt. 48-Year-Old Man Remanded For Defiling His Three Daughters Aged 18 months, 4 And 8 years The suspect was arraigned at the High Court on Wednesday, July 28, and ordered to be remanded at the Awka Correctional Centre by the judge. A 48-year-old man, Igbo Thomas, who was arrested for having unlawful carnal knowledge of his three daughters aged 8 years, 4 years and 18 months has been remanded by a court sitting in Awka, Anambra State. The suspect was arraigned at the High Court on Wednesday, July 28, and ordered to be remanded at the Awka Correctional Centre by the judge. Thomas, who hails from Enugu State, allegedly committed the offence at Enuoji village in Enugwu Ukwu, in the Njikoka Local Government Area of Anambra State. Delta State Police Command Declares 21 years old Oghenevoke of Okumagba Estate Warri Missing  The Delta State Police Command has declared one Stephine Solomon Oghenevoke 'f’, of Okumagba Estate, missing.  This report was related to the public through the Acting Public Relations Officer Delta State Command, Asaba, DSP Bright Edafe on Tuesday 27th July, 2021 in a press release. Stephine Solomon Oghenevoke is described to be age 21yrs old, 5ft tall, dark in complexion, no tribal marks and speaks Pidgin English and Urhobo languages fluently.  The victim was said to have left home on Monday 19th July, 2021 at about 0820hrs to work at Okumagba Estate and has not returned since then. All efforts made to trace her whereabouts proved abortive. The company said this on Tuesday in a slew of announcements about young users. The change means advertisers will soon be able to target under-18s only by age, gender, or location on Facebook, its Messenger service, and its photo-sharing platform Instagram. In a blog post, Instagram said it was making the change because it agreed with youth advocates that young people might not be equipped to make decisions about targeting. Instagram users under 16 years old will also start to be defaulted into having a private account when they join the platform, the company said, in an effort to stop unwanted contact from adults.
