Managing Director, FocalPoint Reports, Ezekiel Kagbala, on Wednesday, extended a heartwarming felicitation to Ikeogwu after he narrowly defeated his only rival and former Secretary of the union, Comrade Churchill Oyowe, of the State Information chapel in the keenly contested election.
