It may shock you to know that, if elected in 2023, Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi is the only proper UHROBO man from Ughelli South LGA, to become the governor of Delta State since the beginning of democracy. The only credible, eligible and experienced politician who can return Delta State to her old glory and move Delta State forward is Gbagi. Gbagi is not contesting as  governor to enrich himself, he has plans to develop the state, puting into consideration that he has his investments in the state. Gbagi is not answerable to any godfather, he has his own money, so he is not looking for government mone

David Edevbie has a proven record of performance to move the state forward, argues Azuka Osiegbu

DELTA 2023: THE EDEVBIE FACTOR David Edevbie has a proven record of performance to move the state forward, argues Azuka Osiegbu The race to succeed Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State is turning out to be an epic contest. Less than two months to the conduct of the primaries, going by the timetable fixed by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), no fewer than 10 persons have picked the nomination forms in the PDP, which has governed the state since 1999 and holds the aces in the 2023 election in the state. Some of the names, including that of Kenneth Gbagi, a veteran contender, are certainly well regarded. However, Delta State, like much of Nigeria, needs someone who is not only well known, but has both a proven record of performance and demonstrable capacity, to move the state forward. With a debt profile of N207 billion as at December 2021, unemployment at 24.1 percent as at 2020, and diminishing revenues, the challenges are not a walk-in-the-park. Though,

Delta 2023: Make No Mistake, Gbagi Is the Only Frontline Governorship Aspirant

Delta 2023: Make No Mistake Gbagi Is the Only Frontline Governorship Aspirant  Gbagi Solidarity Movement will vehimently defend all forms of Political bigotry and misrepresentation by copycats and errand boys who suddenly want to present and misrepresent themselves.  Olorogun Barr. Kenneth Gbagi, the 'Orugba', Odoziko, is the only Frontline Line Governorship Aspirant on the platform of the People's Democratic Party PDP in Delta State. Governor Okowa is wise and knowledgeable. Someone who cannot speak in conferences, knock on doors and project the greatness of the state internationally is the worst bad product to sell to Deltans. Delta State House of Assembly runs on public funds, taxpayers' money, and Money that should be used to better the lives of  Deltans. It is an unparalleled absurdity for the deputy chief whip of Delta State House of assembly to abandon legislative duties and services to the state to run around for the politics of supporting an aspiran

Delta Guber 2023: Is Okowa Being Circumspect On His Choice, Why So Many Unqualified Desperado Politician?

Delta Guber 2023: Is Okowa Being Circumspect On His Choice, Why So Many Unqualified Desperado Politician? Time, they say, obviously waits for no man in life. Time is most precious and it is when one knows time that he/she is in position to properly check time. It beats my imagination that Delta state is still on a quest for enduring leadership befitting a state that feeds the entire nation yet very backward in development even with enviable natural resources abound in it. The basic question that comes to mind under the circumstance is, "why are many unqualified desperado politician without character still lined up, eyeing undeserved positions meant for ably qualified men of character and integrity with remarkable track  record on management in both public and private sectors"? Why are elders who are supposed to speak the truth and point to the right candidate continue to either sit on the fence or point to the wrong directions like they are literally blind. Why ar
