New Delta Initiative Urges Gov. Okowa to Attract Investors, Economic Opportunities to Delta State A Nigerian based Development advocacy group, New Delta Initiative has appealed to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State to Attract investors and Economic opportunities to the State. In a statement made on Friday by the Coordinator in Asaba, Comrade Ezekiel Kagbala noted that creating a conducive environment for companies to return to the state is key to attracting investors and boosting the economic fortunes of the state. Ezekiel Kagbala noted that the state will be attractive for investors if the government create durable infrastructures.
