Delta 2023: Transporters get free fuel as Gbagi campaign train storms Issele-Ukwu, Aniocha North The Social Democratic Party (SDP) governorship candidate, Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi on Tuesday January 10, 2023 provided free petrol to commercial motorcycle and tricycle riders better known as Okada and Keke riders in Issele Ukwu, Delta State.
