Army redeploys 4 GOCs, Brigade Commanders, others in major shakeup The Army has announced the redeployment of four General Officers Commanding (GOCs) as well as the appointment of Principal Staff Officers and Brigade Commanders. The reshuffle, which was coming on the heels of renewed terror attacks, was to reposition the Service for operational efficiency, Army spokesman, Brigadier General Onyema Nwachukwu, said in a statement.
