Nigerian Police Recruitment: Date for computer-Based test announced 

The Kaduna State Command of the Nigerian Police Force has announced the date for Computer Based Test examination for all applicants who had shown interest in joining the force.

In a statement released on Tuesday, October 26, the Command revealed that CBT will commence on Friday, 29th and ended on Saturday, 30th October, 2021, Naija News reports.

Designated centres for the screening across the state are revealed as; Dambo International College Barnawa
Sardauna Memorial College (SMC) and Iya Abubakar CBT Center, Ahmadu Bello University Zaria.

In the statement, the State Command’s Public Relations Officer, ASP Mohammed Jalige called on those who participated in the 2020 Physical and Credential Screening Exercise that, the Nigeria Police Force in collaboration with the Police Service Commission will be concluding the ongoing 2020 recruitment exercise of Ten Thousand (10,000) Police Constables into the service of the Nigeria Police Force.

“To this effect, the Command enjoins all applicants to check their names in the comprehensive list pasted at the Police Command Headquarters Bidda Road Kaduna,” the statement said.

All successful candidates have been admonished to print out their examination slip which they must present during the Computer Based Test Examination.

Jalige noted further that the recruitment exercise is absolutely free of charge and without any pecuniary obligation, and warns all and sundry to desist from any form of extortion, as anybody found wanting will be sanctioned accordingly.

Breaking: ASUU suspends 2-week warning strike

The Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, has suspended its two-week warning strike it declared last week across all public universities in the country. The union announced the suspension on Wednesday at a press conference held at its headquarters in Abuja.
