Who Will Govern Delta State in 2023?

How 13 Universities including FUPRE was established in DELTA

The former Minister of State for Education,  Olorogun Kenneth Gbag, in his 13 months
ignited the memo that led to the estabishmentof 13 Federal universities across the six geo-political zones of Nigeria. This included the Federal University of Petroleum Resources Effurun (FUPRE) in Delta State, Nigeria was established

Kenneth Gbagi took the bold step to propose a golden idea that humbled his contemporaries at record times.

Gbagi rendered a selfleas service as a means of National building, unlike those who schemes to curruptly enrich themselves at the expense of the electorates. Less than one year of his appointment as Nigerian Minister of state for education, Nigerians and the international communities felt his developmental impact as a passionate nationalist.

Gbagi is now ready to take his selfless service to his state as Governor of Delta state come 2023. It is a charity that begins at home but a preparation for national building.

His ambition has become a celibrated national projet beyond political partes and state of origin. Durring the third annual National Conference organized by the Federal University of Lafia In Nasarawa State, as the Former Minister received the height of hornor and recognition worthy of a nationalalist on Tuesday, October 26th 2021.

Even the Emir of Lafia and Chairman, Nasarawa State Council of Chiefs, retired Justice Sidi Dauda, said that he attended the occasion because Kenneth Gbagi was invited to present a lecture.

More acomplishments of Gbagi was revealed at the conference regarding how Gbagi presented a memo to the Federal Executive Council for the establishment of 13 universities, 14 polytechnics and 16 Colleges of Education.

Though some ministers opposed the memo vehemently but majority of the ministers present at the meeting endorsed the memo.

Gbagi was able to win on that because he took the demography of the country and realised that some states had a compliment of a federal university, a federal polytechnic and a Federal College of Education while others had nothing.

As a minister then he single-handedly pushed for the establishment of the universities, polytechnics, colleges of education and several secondary schools across the country, a feat unheard of in the history of Nigeria and to which
the Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun (FUPRE), Delta State was among.

As regaeds who governs Delta State   come 2023, Gbagi is a stable politician who brought PDP to Delta about 21 years ago,  he has worked assiduously and tirelessly  to assist in  producing others as governors of the state.

Olorogun Gbagi is a great entrepreneur who made his money through hardwork as a renowned industrialists in the county. He has businesses in both home and abroad, owns five-star hotels in major cities of Nigeria and in some countries across the world.

His fleets of shopping plaza are located in every nook and cranny of Delta State provide means of livelihood to numerous Deltans and Nigerians at large. His numerous companies across the world employed both black and white men, including women. Records have it that the man Gbagi pays over N28m and above to thousands of his workers in Nigeria and transversely the world as monthly salaries.

Governor Okowa has prepared the state for industrialization by constructing the roads, Gbagi is very much ready and sets to industrialize the state come 2023.

Olu Of Warri Defends Tradition, Speaks on Christianity  The Olu of Warri, His Majesty Ã’gíamẹ̀ Atúwàtse III, has dispelled the insinuation that there is a conflict between the traditional thrones and Christendom. The monarch, who stated this when he received the Soun of Ogbomoso land, Oba Ghandi Afolabi Olaoye, Orumogege III, in his Palace in Warri Kingdom, Delta State, said that the two institutions were not necessarily antithetical. He also debunked the assumption that traditional institutions were synonymous with fetishism and the worship of creations made by human beings and reasoning.
