Kenneth Gbagi's Villa an Edifice Constructed over 30 years ago to Receive Tourist, VIP's leaders, tradutional rulers in Delta
The edifice, painted with grey colour with a touch of white, sits at the extreme of the over two hectares of land, it has a transparent entrance gate, painted with white.
From the gate, the imposing edifice, tiled from bottom to the top at the right, comprises a security house and a chapel, commissioned on June 18, 2015, by the incumbent governor, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa.
Behind the security house and chapel, lay a seven Executive Car Park for his God-given exortic cars, Very Important Personalities (VIPs) and other guests which is under construction. On the left side from the entrance, lay a long tennis court, where lovers of the game come to play and engage in body building activities. These have drawn sports men and women to the museum-like building for tourists and other foreigners.
The minister’s home which one could describe as a home away from home, for people who need a relaxation center, is well laned from the gate with natural grasses, interlock and bricks, which define a clear path for vehicles and others.
Naturally, the compound has four ponds where fishes of all kinds aretrained, serving as tourist site and edible if the need arises.
Gbagi, being a man of the masses, and a grassroot politician for that matter, has a hall located at the left hand side of the magnificent building where guests are customarily received and entertained.
It has a good landscape, flower trees which provides shade for anyone to receive natural air and able to make one an architect and good designer irrespective of one’s profession.

Again, another building houses his office, with foreign touch, comprises a guest setting, a conference table and one of his office settings and a library with office for workers.
Close to this building, is the first storey building built about 27 years ago before the current building which casts a look at you like a scrupture.
At the extreme right hand, are two buildings containing 12 bedsitters each, for his teeming guests.
At this juncture, one is compelled to say that these infrastructures were built by this humble, hardworking and unblemished “trader” cum politician with impeccable character.
Close to one of the guest buildings, is a large swimming pool which is under full scale rehabilitation.
Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi, known by yet unborn children, has relocated back home to his Oginibo hometown seven years ago, to live among his people. This imposing edifice has about six sitting rooms, a gym facility and another law office.

At this point, it will be good to place on record that past administrators and governors of the state, created on 27 August 1991, when the old Bendel State was divided into Edo and Delta States, do not have this kind of edifice. The former administrators and governors are Luke Chijiuba Ochulor, administrator 28 August 1991 to January 1992, he was the a military administrator.Felix Ibru, Governor January 1992 to November 1993 under the Social Democratic Party (SDP).Abdulkadir Shehu, acting administrator 17 November 1993 to 10 December 1993, military.Bassey Asuquo, administrator 10 December 1993 to 26 September 1994. He was a military administrator.Ibrahim Kefas, administrator 26 September 1994 to 22 August 1996, military.John Dungs, administrator 22 August 1996 to 12 August 1998, military.Walter Feghabo, administrator 12 August 1998 to 29 May 1999, military.Chief James Onanefe Ibori, Governor between 29 May 1999 to 29 May 2007, under the platform of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) and Dr. Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan , Governor , 29 May 2007 to 29 May 2015, PDP.If Olorogun Barrister Kenneth Gbagi could raise this imposing edifice with personal income, having not ascended the seat of government, one can only but imagine what he would do for Delta state when he emerges governor come 2023.
