2023 Delta Governorship: How EK Clark's Endorsement of Kenneth Gbagi Settles Agitations 





The nationalist, an elder-statesman, the unifying voice of the Niger Delta and Ijaw nation at large, Chief Edwin Clark has endorsed the Former Minister of State for Education, Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi with a decisive support as Governor of Delta State come 2023.

Chief Clark who has distinguished himself as a politician and nationalist in the history of Africa has identified Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi as a patriot who can Develope Delta State. This he did by openly blessing and endorsing him to govern the State come 2023.

Chief Clark made his choice for the 2023 Governorship, the person of Kenneth Gbagi known at his Kiagbodo country home in Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State. As a strong message to Ijaw contenders and those fronting the Ijaw 2023 Governorship agenda, EK Clark said he would support Gbagi to achieve his governorship aspiration come 2023. That puts Ijaws on a supportive page for Gbagi.

He (EK Clark) said: “Chief Gbagi can be trusted and be vouched for because he had never been found wanting in his private and public ventures".

While praying for him, Chief Clark endorsed Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi as Governor of Delta State come 2023.

The message is crystal clear, it is trustworthy that Ijaws will not be that helpless voice in the wilderness but supportive stokeholders working for the enthronement of a man who will not disappoint Deltans but consolidate on the Developmental strides of Governor Ifeanyi Okowa.

The trio, incumbent Deputy Governor, Deacon Kingsley Otuaro, Senator James Manager representing Delta South senatorial district, and former Commissioner, Dr. Braduce Angozi are aware of Chief EK Clark's Endorsement of the Delta central Urhobo born leader, an industrialist per excellence, Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi.

That decisive Endorsement settles all Agitations and interest as all narratives interns of qualifications favors Kenneth Gbagi.

Retired police officers protest over unpaid pensions

Some retired police officers under the contributory pension scheme on Tuesday, May 21, protested at the National Assembly over alleged several months of unpaid pensions with a call on President Bola Tinubu to remove them from the scheme. The protesters decried the extreme challenges they endure, saying that the National Pension Commission (PENCOM) has failed to pay their entitlements for several months causing them and their families untold hardship.
