Former Vice Chairman of Warri South West Local Government Council, Chief Arthur Akpodubakaye, has extended warm felicitations to Mr. Matthew Tonlagha, Chairman of Maton Engineering Nigeria Limited, as he marks his 50th birthday, describing him as a leader with a heart of gold and a life dedicated to service to humanity.
In a congratulatory message made available to journalists on Monday, Chief Akpodubakaye said the golden jubilee of Mr. Tonlagha is a significant milestone that reflects a life of grace, resilience, and unwavering commitment to the wellbeing of others.
According to him, Mr. Tonlagha has distinguished himself not only as a successful entrepreneur but also as an amiable leader, dependable father figure, and brother to many, whose kindness and humility have earned him admiration across communities within and outside Delta State.
