As the the monarch of Warri Kingdom, HRM, Ogiame Atuwatse III, recently prayed for the Delta Central 2023 (DC-23) lobby group to produce the PDP governorship candidate that would bring more development to Delta State, a closer look at the pedigree of the aspirants has revealed that Olorogun  Barr. Kenneth Gbagi is the best aspirant to qualify as Governor 2023.



The monarch in his prayer for DC-23, According to him, “I pray for all of you that will participate in that process, to ensure that it produces the best because Delta state deserves the best.” from critical analysis, in terms of industrial growth and development, the King wanted Delta State to be number one in the country.



From inception, Delta State has been known for its industrial strength and a Governorship aspirant, Kenneth Gbagi is a front line industrialist with global recognition. Olu of Warri's prayers is inline, timely and a call for the best.



“the Olu further said; On our part as a nation, we will also meet and come up with our collective decision and resolution to supplement, compliment and contribute to the development of Delta state,”

In terms of qualifications and credentials no other aspirant can match Gbagi  in the issue of Developing Delta State. Most of the aspirants are above 50 years of age and it is glering that the state is overdue for growth.

Retired police officers protest over unpaid pensions

Some retired police officers under the contributory pension scheme on Tuesday, May 21, protested at the National Assembly over alleged several months of unpaid pensions with a call on President Bola Tinubu to remove them from the scheme. The protesters decried the extreme challenges they endure, saying that the National Pension Commission (PENCOM) has failed to pay their entitlements for several months causing them and their families untold hardship.
