Ogbinbo Agog as Symbil, Wife of Kenneth Gbagi Holds Thanksgiving...See Photos

The breathing town of Oginibo, Ughelli South Local Government Area, the country home of the 2023 Governorship aspirant, Olorogun (Barr) Kenneth Gbagi was agog with prominent Nigerians, Royal Father, and Emirs.



The thanksgiving on Sunday was like a carnival in Delta State as Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, Senator James Manager, Barr. Kingsley Esiso, Professor Sam Oyovwaire, traditional rulers across Delta State, Emirs and prominent dignitaries attend thanksgiving as part of activities celebrating the elevation of Hon. Justice Sybil Gbagi as Justice Court of Appeal.

The thanksgiving service was held at the Gbagi private family chapel, Family Heaven in Oginibo with Rt. Rev. Dr. Humphrey Bamisebi Olumakaiye, Diocesan Bishop, Diocese of Lagos, and Chief Missioner.

The reception which followed after thanksgiving was an elaborate occasion that showcased Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi's potentials and abilities to become the next governor of Delta State.

Some legal professionals and dignitaries at the reception include;
Hon Justice Tijani Abubakar JSC,
 Mr. Boni Haruna, former governor of Adamawa State, Mamman Usman (San)
Justice module Nicol Clay, Justice Serifat, Justice Adeniyi Onigbanjo, And others.


The occasion also enjoyed gathering of political bigwig, such as Ighoyota Amori, Hon. Funkekeme Solomon, serving commissioners and host of others.



During the thanksgiving cerimoney, the governor of Delta State, Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa congratulated Justice Sybil Gbagi for making the State proud.

Breaking: ASUU suspends 2-week warning strike

The Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, has suspended its two-week warning strike it declared last week across all public universities in the country. The union announced the suspension on Wednesday at a press conference held at its headquarters in Abuja. President of ASUU, Chris Piwuna, who read a prepared speech before newsmen, explained that the development followed intervention by the Senate and some other well-meaning Nigerians. However, he sad the National Executive Council of the Union resolved to give the government a one-month window to address all contending areas.
