Rapper Skales mourns mum

Afropop artist, Onah Godwin professionally known as Don Malume has told his fans to anticipate his forthcoming single titled ‘Feelings’ featuring Afropop act, Skales.

The singer and songwriter disclosed this in a recent chat with The Nation, according to him the Dtac produced single will also be accompanied with visuals for the song when released

Speaking on the acceptance of his sound in the country adding that most of his songs are produced in Nigeria, he said “whenever I drop a song they encourage me more and stand by me, most of the production is made here and I make music to inspire the youth”.

The South African based Nigeria artist however shared some things he would love his hometown to emulate, he said “I wish our government can improve our education, roads, lights, civilians rights, freedom of speech and stop police brutality, it is not like that in the SA, everybody has a right to speak”, said Don Malume.

The indie artist and Enugu State-born further revealed that his next feature will be with Ice Prince and promises to be another banger.

Breaking: ASUU suspends 2-week warning strike

The Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, has suspended its two-week warning strike it declared last week across all public universities in the country. The union announced the suspension on Wednesday at a press conference held at its headquarters in Abuja. President of ASUU, Chris Piwuna, who read a prepared speech before newsmen, explained that the development followed intervention by the Senate and some other well-meaning Nigerians.
