Delta State House of Assembly candidate of the Social Democratic Party, SDP, for the 2023 general election in Ughelli South constituency, Prince Temienor Oghenekevwe celebrates its most loved and cherished leader, Olorogun Barr. Kenneth Gbagi on his birthday.
