2023: Temienor Appreciates Deltans for Voting Gbagi, Awaits Judicial Victory

2023: Temienor Appreciates Deltans for Voting Gbagi, Awaits Judicial Victory

Delta State House of Assembly (DTHA) Candidate in the March 18 election, Prince Temienor Oghenekevwe has appreciated Deltans for voting for the governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) Olorogun Barr. Kenneth Gbagi OON, FNIM

Temienor, who contested the Ughelli South Constituency seat, while speaking with newsmen in Ughelli on Friday, April 14, 2023, thanked Gbagi supporters for their commitment toward the struggle of emancipating Delta State from political and economic degradation.

He remarked that Deltans admire Gbagi and voted massively for him in all the Local Governments Areas of the state, adding that the result that was announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission for Gbagi was allegedly manipulated by men who ordinarily should not have any business with the election.

Recall that Gbagi had asked the election petition tribunal in the state to nullify the declaration of Oborevwori of the Peoples Democratic Party  (PDP)  who was declared winner of the March 18, 2023 governorship election by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

Temienor expressed optimism that Gbagi would be sworn in as governor of Delta State upon his judicial victory, he explained how Gbagi brought him up politically and appreciate him as his political leader.

According to him; "Having an opportunity to interact with him (Gbagi) for the 2023 election, activated my interest in politics, however, my closest political encounter with him was when he motivated me to contest the House of Assembly seat for Ughelli South constituency, Delta State.

"I am constrained to admire a political leader and that is our father, Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi OON. He has emerged as a visionary leader with a mission to turn around Delta State. He is indeed someone to showcase, a real stepping stone for me.

"He does not want to amass wealth for his family, He is focussed on his ambition to govern Delta State. Gbagi is a leader whom Nigerians will remember and respect, God bless Kenneth Gbagi, My leader".
