Group Accuses Delta Deputy Governor of Media Attack Against IPDI

Group Accuses Delta Deputy Governor  of Media  Attack Against IPDI,

The group Advocate For Good Governace Group, AFGGG led by Comrade Beleke Takeme says; It is disgusting for the deputy governor of Delta state ,His Excellency Kingsley Burutu Otuaro ,through his PA Bulou Cousin to have sponsored miscreants and faceless group to raise unguided attack against the most respected pressure group, the Ijaw People's Development Initiative, IPDI and its leader Comrade Ozobo Austin, a man who at several fronts have protected the deputy governor's interest and Ijaw nation. This is a sign that Delta state deputy governor, His Excellency Kingsley Burutu Otuaro has failed Delta Ijaws, which is the people of his primary constituency.

The poorly crafted report, credited to one faceless group Bomadi Political Renaissance which was signed by one faceless miscreant Bibobra Custom was actually drafted by Mr. Bulou Cousin, a PA and a crumb eater of the deputy Governor, His Excellency Kingsley Burutu Otuaro.

The mischievous report was circulated to pressmen by Bulou Cousin and that shows that the report really emanated from the office of the deputy governor of Delta state, hence there is no need to join issues with the faceless Bibobrah Custom.

It was PA Clark that first attack and condemned Kingsley Burutu Otuaro unilateral meeting with Yemi Osinbajor, and instead of the deputy governor and the crumb eating and miserable Bulou  to attack PA Clark ,they decided to go for soft target, because they are afraid to attack PA Clark. This shows that deputy governor and his crumb eating PA Bulou Cousin are lazy and not man enough.

It was unfortunate for the office of the deputy governor to have addressed Comrade Ozobo Austin, with derogatory manner. Comrade Ozobo Austin is a renowned activist in Niger Delta. He is the most influential public advocate. He is an award winning comrade,  one time PDP DTHA aspirant and one time NPC Delta state house of Assembly candidate who pursued his dream to the tribunal level and should be accorded with utmost respect.

It should be noted that the advocate committee inaugurated by his Excellency governor Ifeanyi Okowa which was led by Kingsley Otuaro in 2017 was confide to Delta state alone, and does not covered the entire Niger Delta region. Otuaro advocacy committee have ceased to exist. Committees are temporary bodies put in place to tackle critical issues at a particular time and after that it stands dissolved. There is no any peace advocacy committee anywhere in Delta state, Otuaro should stop parading with such imaginary group.

It has shown at all front that Kingsley Burutu Otuaro has failed Ijaw nation, he has not any day acted as a former member of the struggle. He is a beneficiary of the struggle but failed quickly to know where he is coming from. He was a commissioner representing Ijaw nationality in the board of Desopadec but he failed the Ijaw nation.  He acted as a sectional leader and Ijaws in the other divide was sidelined from every benefit of Desopadec.

It should be noted that there is no difference between now that we have deputy and then we don't have deputy governor. Otuaro has derailed and have loss touch with his people. He is playing same sectional leadership he played when he was representing Ijaws in Desopadec. It is correct to say that such a failed leader lack power to hold a brief or represent Niger Delta region in national discourse. We have loss confidence in him. We can't pretend that all is well.

It may interest you to know that Ozobo never insulted PA Clark ,rather supported PA Clark for throwing venom on deputy governor Otuaro, Timpre Silva, and vice president Yemi Osinbajor for such secret meeting without consulting critical stakeholders in Niger Delta region. It is shameful that deputy governor is inciting discord between Clark and Comrade Ozobo. Equally, genuine patroits like Nelson Madela can't be compared with sectional Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, and that only true sons of the struggle in the government has the uniteral right to speak for the Ijaw and Niger delta people and not derailed former members of the struggle. Ozobo should be criticized if he gets to government with sectional and myopic agenda.

It is appalling that despite Delta Ijaws have deputy governor, youths and activists in Ijaw have to protest to drag the attention of governor Ifeanyi Okowa to embark on the developmental needs of Ijaw nation.  It is better we don't have deputy governor than having a sectional and a sentimental deputy governor.

We want deputy governor Kingsley Burutu Otuaro to remain focus and stop sponsoring faceless group to wage needless war against IPDI and Ozobo.  The deputy governor should live above board, should not condensing so low to create faceless group to fight in proxy. We expect Bulou Cousin and any deputy governor aide to sign the said unguided report, signing such report with faceless and non existing name and group means they area afraid of IPDI.

We will release more venom on deputy governor and Bulou Cousin for further attack against IPDI and Comrade Ozobo Austin as we will not allow anybody or group to intimidate and attack Comrade Ozobo and IPDI.

Signed

Comrade Beleke Takeme
National President
Advocate For Good Governace Group, AFGGG.
