Group urges Kenneth Gbagi to contest 2023 Governorship election with other Party

A socio-political organisation, Urhobo Progressive Agenda, has called on the former Minister (of State) for Education, Olorogun Barr. Kenneth Gbagi to contest the 2023 poll as a Governorship candidate.

The group made the call on Tuesday, in a statement issued by its National Convener, Comrade Onoriode Umukoro in Ughelli.

According to him, the appeal is based on the wide acceptance of Gbagi due to his established business platforms that has created a means of liveyhood to economically sustain and support youths in the State.

Gbagi who was a Governorship Aspirant of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP wildrew from the race with the party berely few days to the primary election.

The group also added that Gbagi is selfless, disciplined, vision driven and established to Industrialize the state for immediate revival of it's economic stay.

Onoriode Umukoro Said, "Gbagi has built a legacy to prove that he can atract more industries for the economic development of Delta State, we will mobilize youths women for him, we are glad that the dream of greater Delta State will be achieved with Gbagi as governor 2023".
