Center for Peace and Environmental Justice has colaborated in patnership with Institute for Peace and Conflict Resolution IPC in Okpe LGA, Delta State.

The memorandum of Understanding signed was beyond paper works. The Colaboration with the Federal Government Agency, Institute for Peace and Conflict Resolution at the African for Peace Drive was a provision of mandate to cover the whole of Africa, with a responsibility of preventing conflict in African.

The agency was led by the director general, Bakut T Bakut who noted that CEPEJ and ICPR have something in common. "We have the responsibility of advising the government on sustainable peace building and policy making.

The occasion also withnesed the signing and handing over of the South-South zonal building to the Federal government for the promotion of peace and unity in the country.

Breaking: ASUU suspends 2-week warning strike

The Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, has suspended its two-week warning strike it declared last week across all public universities in the country. The union announced the suspension on Wednesday at a press conference held at its headquarters in Abuja. Woman Burned to Death, Accused of Kidnapping 7yrs Old Boy in Delta
