DBS MANAGEMENT VISITS CEPEJ, SEEK ASSISTANCE FOR ONLINE BROADCASTING, WIDER COVERAGE



The management of Delta Broadcasting service Warri, yesterday proposed partnership with Environmental and Human Right Non Governmental Grganization, Center for Peace and Environmental Justice (CEPEJ) at Africa For Peace drive near Osubi Airport, Warri Delta State.

The Management team of the Delta State government Radio and TV Station DBS, who visited CEPEJ includes the acting general Manager, Pastor Malcolm Oteri, Patrick Edema, News and current affairs department, Becky Eboyoli, public relations and host of others.

The media team was received by the national coordinator, CEPEJ, Comrade Sheriff Mulade the management team, Members/Chairman board of trustees Dr. Godwin Orhadahwe and host of others.

 Malcolm Oteri who briefed CEPEJ during the visit noted that they seek to partner with CEPEJ to boost the station's programms and coverage, noting that they are partnering with reputable organizations to further improve digitization of the station to include live 24 hours broadcast online.





The national coordinator, CEPEJ, Comrade Sheriff Mulade, and Dr Johnson Oradakwe, urged DBS management to ensure educative programming and effective news analysis, adding that analysis is the voice of every station.

 Mulade congratulated the new management and commended Governor Okowa for identifying competent hand for DBS, hoping that governor Okowa will ensure that his second tenure is enriched with competent hands as he reconstitute the state executive council to.

Mulade noted that efficient, informative and timely news analyses will make Delta Broadcasting Service, Warri and Asaba to become the pride of broadcasting in the country.
