Mulade not  Direct Beneficiary of Okowa's Road Project, Sack Latimore for misleading Deltans..Group Urges Okowa

The spokesman of Ijaw People's Development Initiative IPDI Comrade Ezekiel Kagbala has called on Governor Ifeanyi Okowa to Sack his political Sycophant Fred Latimore (Aide) for misleading Deltans.

In a statement on Saturday, the spokesman expressed displeasure over unprofessional media outburst by one Mr Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe an Executive Assistant to Governor Okowa on Communication.

Kagbala described Latimore as a lip service Sycophant who lacks understanding of communication within government setting, he is a social media rat who feeds from the government.

During a fact finding tour on Friday 20th August, 2022, at the Ongoing construction site in Ugolo Community, Okpe Local Government Area, it was observed that illegal structure of stores were attached to some fence close to a road that is under construction, barring pedestal access way.

Kagbala noted that; it was pitiable that Delta State Government could openly permit the building of illegal houses and stores in Osubi, along the so call Ugolo Road that is under construction by Okowa led administration

The-same road that Okowa's appointee erroneously claimed to be what Mulade has benefited from Okowa's administration. "The said appointee is well known to be a man of easy virtue, unsteady character and a Sycophant of no repute. Little wonder he was referred to as Senior Special Sycophant to Governor Okowa of Delta State.

"It is important to correct the fraudulent ascertion and misrepresentations of Fred Latimore who takes delight in blackmailing people. Latimore cannot stand one of the finest Delta born human and environmental rights activist Comrade Mulade Sheriff.
"Hopeless latimore will never get political relevance and favour by blackmailing people for Okowa's Vice Presidential ambition and Delta 2023.

"It should be noted that the road linking Osubi axis to East West Road known as Ugolo Road in Okpe Local Government Area is under construction not Africa for peace drive, Mulade's office complex is located at Number one Africa for peace drive. As such Mulade is no way a direct beneficiary of Okowa's government, if completed it will serve Deltans and Nigerians in general.

"It is understandable that some myopic public officer holders will never be bold enough to tell Governor Okowa the truth for fear of loosing their only source of livelihoods or their source of daily bread, those category of persons will allow things to collapse beyond rectification.

"However, it is pertinent to state that Delta State is more delipidated than ever and the sycophants did not assist to complement the Governor's efforts in any way.

"It is sad that an illegal structure project could runs side by side with Delta State Government road project at Ugolo Road that is under construction, if is not a political sycophancy, that is what he should draw Governor Okowa attention to but he ignored such grave unpopular act for political reasons as illegal structures defaces the road.

"More worrisome is the fact that owners of those illegal structure are alleged to be relatives and associates of the State government. They believe that no one can stop the structure and that they are above everyone simply because their associates and relative was prejudged to be in a vintage position in Delta State

"The like of Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe has made Okowa's administration unpopular and run on lies, deceit and misrepresentations of facts and figures to Deltans and Nigerians".
