Delta State Can only move forward with Gbagi as governor..Ex-Minister tells Okowa

Former minister of Niger Delta affairs, Elder Godsday Orubebe said that, Gbagi has Runned this country as Ex minister of education, in his word's, Let him Govern Delta State.

The Ijaw leader made the statement in Burutu Local government Area of Delta State recently. The Ex-minister also made an unexpected observation that, Delta is in a Bad Shape, economically, developmentally and industrially.

Orubebe emphatically stated that, Only Gbagi can Build Delta State, and there are much to be done to reposition the state, he urged Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi to brace up and get ready for the big task.

Retired police officers protest over unpaid pensions

Some retired police officers under the contributory pension scheme on Tuesday, May 21, protested at the National Assembly over alleged several months of unpaid pensions with a call on President Bola Tinubu to remove them from the scheme. The protesters decried the extreme challenges they endure, saying that the National Pension Commission (PENCOM) has failed to pay their entitlements for several months causing them and their families untold hardship.
