WE WILL SUPPORT JAMES MANAGER FOR SENATE AGAIN.......... IGBUDU WARD LEADER

The Delta South Senatorial candidate of the People's Democratic Party, PDP, Senator James Manager has been assured of massive support from the people of Igbudu Ward, Warri South Local government Area Delta State. This was made known by the Igbudu Ward 9 Chairman, Comrade Emanuel Dede, during a PDP Ward to ward campaign organized by PDP candidates.

The people of Igbudu, Ward 9 received The Delta South senatorial candidate, Senator James Manager and other candidates with much enthusiasm and a pledge of support, assuring James Manager of free return to the national assembly to make law and attract development to the grassroot.

The ward chairman said "We are very ready for the 2019 general elections. We will vote and mobilize others to do same because Manager is a grassroot man, his repeated electoral victories that has earned him a long stay in the national assembly, has made him more closer to the grassroot, we want him back. he said.

Retired police officers protest over unpaid pensions

Some retired police officers under the contributory pension scheme on Tuesday, May 21, protested at the National Assembly over alleged several months of unpaid pensions with a call on President Bola Tinubu to remove them from the scheme. The protesters decried the extreme challenges they endure, saying that the National Pension Commission (PENCOM) has failed to pay their entitlements for several months causing them and their families untold hardship. The aggrieved retired police officers also wrote a Save Our Soul (SOS) letter to the President of the Senate, Godswill Akpabio, calling for an urgent intervention.
