Tompolo, Pondi Receives  Commendation Over Prestigious Vanguard Security Award

Tompolo's Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited has been honored with the esteemed 2023 Vanguard Crude Oil Infrastructure Security Award for its outstanding contributions to securing Nigeria's oil installations.

Meanwhile, the Ijaw Publishers' Forum, IPF has commended the commitment and dedication of Tompolo's Surveillance company in fighting the oil thieves in the Niger Delta region.
While congratulating High Chief Dr. Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo and Tantita Security Service Limited for the milestone achievements, the Ijaw Publishers' Forum, IPF urged the leaders and stakeholders of the Niger Delta region to throw more support for the dedicated efforts of Tantita to completely rid of the region oil thieves.

The award ceremony was held at the Convention Centre of Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos, and was attended by celebrities, politicians, business moguls, and dignitaries. The Vanguard Award ceremony honored distinguished Nigerians who have excelled in their chosen fields.

Tantita Security Services was awarded the Pipeline Security Contract by President Muhammadu Buhari in 2022 due to Nigeria's low output in oil and gas caused by pipeline vandalism and oil theft.
The company's efforts have paid off, with Nigeria's average rig count rising by 62% to 15 between June and October 2023.

President Bola Tinubu has also been encouraged to renew the contract, enabling Tantita Security Services to continue its security operations in the oil-rich region.
The award was received by Dr. Paul Bebenimibo, media consultant to Tantita, who said it would spur the organization to achieve even greater milestones.

Tanita aims to attain 2 million barrels per day, and the award has further catalyzed this goal.

"The company's message is clear: illegal bunkers and those involved in such activity should be aware that Tantita will come after them and ensure that production reaches its peak and generates more money for the country.

Former President of the Nigerian Football Federation, Amaju Pinick, and former Governor of Cross Rivers State, Donald Duke, have both praised Tantita's achievements in bringing stability to the region.

"The award is a testament to Tantita's hard work, patriotism, and legacy of excellence in the security services field", he added.

Woman Burned to Death, Accused of Kidnapping 7yrs Old Boy in Delta
