#EndSars: SSA to Delta Governor Olusoji Averts Crises as Protesters, Stop Army convoy in Warri
The Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Delta State on Special Duties, Olatunji Olusoji, on Sunday averted crises that almost degenerated into a bloody Clash and breakdown of law and other in Delta.
This happened following the outpouring of End Sars Nigerian Protesters and supporters Shutdown Delta State biggest commercial City Warri.
Newsmen gathered that trouble started when the convoy of an Army General was blocked by angry protesters around the popular Effurun roundabout, Uvwie LGA from passing through the City enroute Port Harcourt.
In a statement made available to newsmen in Warri, the protesters in their large numbers barricaded the roads leading in and out of the city, preventing vehicular movement all through.
Olusoji rushed down to the scene where he engaged the angry protesters and soldiers in dialogue as he pacified the protesters who letter allowing the Army General and his convoy to have their way.
The situation was well managed and the type of unfortunate crisis between Soldiers and members of the Islamic Movement popular known as shifted in Kaduna some years ago was averted
